Is the face just a mask on the skull?

Is this the extent of what we call beauty?

Is the face what you think you are?

Does the skull have a face? Does it know it has a face?

Does the skull or the face know anything of themselves at all?

If you think you are the face and the skull
then what are you when you no longer have your skull and your face?

What is beneath your face - your mask - your self image?

A beautiful skull?

Are you inside of your skull?
It appears so when you use your eyes
to perceive life and living.

All vision is where the optic nerves end
at the rear of your skull -
yet it appears that you are seeing things as if
they were just outside of your eye sockets.
